Do Wool Blankets Shrink or Lose Shape Over Time?
No. Our blankets are pre-shrunk or stabilized during production. We also use techniques that enhance durability and reduce pilling or deformation, even with repeated use. However, Exposing wool to hot water, machine agitation, or wringing may cause permanent shrinkage due to fiber felting. With the correct care, Ruijing wool blankets remain soft, warm, and durable for long-term use. Right clean treatment of washing a wool blanket:
● Dry cleaning as the safest option.
● If washing at home, use cold water, hand-wash gently, and do not wring.
